Coin Bureau Shipping policy 2023

**Please note, we are switching to a new fulfilment provider and we ask for your patience while we complete the transfer. We are hoping that there will be limited disruption to our services, however, please be aware that there could be some delay in completing orders while our stock is in transit and our new suppliers begin fulfilling orders. All orders placed by 4pm will be prepared and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.

All orders are sent tracked. You should receive an email with tracking information, however you can contact our customer services and we will be happy to provide an update on the progress of your order.

1. Standard Delivery to the Netherlands where our fulfilment house is located

Delivery expected within 48 hours. 

2. European Orders

Delivery expected within  2-7 working days.

4. ROW Orders

We currently ship to a selection of countries around the world, we will be adding countries in future and if you live outside of our current shipping zones, please get in touch as we will expand based on demand. Delivery expected within 7-12 working days.

Fulfilment provider:

We use James & James for storing, preparing and shipping our merchandise, to allow us to manage the large volume of orders. They have contracts with a variety of shipping providers, allowing us to offer competitive shipping rates to our customers around the world.
